Hi Sarah, I was one of the "crowd" in the bailey on sunday night, I originally saw you in the Sky and the ground in Wexford and was very impressed! keep it up. Paul.

Comparisons with the great June Tabor are complements. Consider June as the closest metaphor one can find to express your extraordinary voice and phrasing.
We miss you in Dublin. Have you considered the Pavilion, the Mermaid, the Civic.the John Field Room...Honor Heffernan has been there (fruitfully) as has Fionnual Monks and Derby Brown.
Wishing you continued radiant flourishin in your lovely career.

What a surprise to find freshness for my ears. I have listened to Pierre play first mandolin and then DADGAD since (Paris) 1972. I marvel at how smoothly you bar the fretted stretcher of strings. Now we say, a pretty girl proves herself upon the wood and wire. I will listen to you in Navan. Your voice brings no pain only sadness.

My wife and I are on Holiday in Dublin. We turned on RTE One TV and saw Sarah perform "When Two Lovers Meet". Well it sent a sonic arrow right through my heart and was one of the most beautiful things I've heard in a long while. Just downloaded the album. Thanks for making this wonderful music! -Jim Cowgill www.sequenox.com

Great to see you're back performing again! Hope Eli and Lily Jane are doing well. I'm still in The Dock Arts Centre in Carrick on Shannon, so drop by if you are in the vicinity (were you in Sligo at jazz guitar fest in September/Oct?).
Anyway, well done on the site - it's lovely. Hi to Fergal and hope to see ye soon.

Very impressive stuff. I knew about the guitar playing but had somehow missed out on the wonderful singing until now. Great production too. Best of luck, Paul de Grae.

Janet (wife) and our three cats love Irish music and DADGAD. I play the guitar in DADGAD and everyone gets calmed. We would like to see you play/sing in person. Your voice reminds us of the late Eithne Ni Uallachain of La Lugh.
All good wishes
Patrick

It was nice to read all about you in your bio. I was born in Trail BC Canada 1931 and then returned to Donegal with my parents in 1933. I came to Canada in 1953 by myself and have been here since. I have a Donegal accent but with the passage of time I have lost all my mother language. I am trying to get your DADGAD book with the CD but it seems very scarce on this side of the Atlantic. That is all for now.
I remain,
Yours truly,
Jim Bracegirdle.
